Once you've made your choice, you naturally want to get your toys delivered as quickly as possible. We get that! For almost our entire range: order today, receive tomorrow! But you can also choose when you want to receive your order. Handy!
We’re more than happy to keep you updated on the status of your order. How do we do that? Like this:
- As soon as we receive your order, you’ll automatically get an order confirmation by email.
- Once your order has left our warehouse, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation by email. In that same email, we’ll also provide the tracking number for your order.
Tracking
After the package has left our warehouse, you can track your order on the delivery service’s website using the tracking link. For smaller items sent as letterbox packages, there is no tracking included in the shipping confirmation. These shipments cannot be tracked.
Delivery time
What you order today is usually shipped the next business day. We’ll indicate when you can expect your order. It will be packaged neutrally and discreetly and shipped via PostNL or DHL. If you’re not home, you can pick up the package at the nearest collection point. Your package will be held there for about a week before being returned to us.
Shipping costs
We do our best to keep costs as low as possible. Shipping costs are €6.95 for domestic shipments, €9.95 for Belgium, and vary for other countries. You can see the costs during checkout, or you can of course contact us.
