Place the weight on the nipples (or any desired spot) by pressing and releasing the clamps at the perfect spot. There is a screw on the side of the clamps that can be turned to adjust the pressure on the clamps.

O-rings are attached to the end of both weights, this allows you to attach a chain, rope, additional weights or whatever else you can dream up as desired.
