Train your body to hold a specific position by placing buttons in strategic locations. As soon as a button is released, a trigger is activated, adding an extra element of play to your session.

Examples:

• Staying on your toes - Attach the buttons high up on the wall so that you have to remain on your toes to keep pressing them.
• Keep arms stretched – Place buttons to the left and right of the body just above the waist. To keep them pressed, you have to maintain a half-squat with your arms stretched.
• Kneeling position – Attach buttons to the floor and press them with your knees or forehead.
