Returns, exchanges & warranty

Don't like what you orderd? Or are you experiencing a technical issue? That is really too bad and we will gladly try to help you get this sorted out!
Exchange or return
Not entirely satisfied with your purchase or don't want the item? No problem at all. At Laced-up.nl you can exchange or return an item within 14 days. It is important that the product is received complete, unused and in the original undamaged packaging. Products that are damaged or used are not eligible for exchange or refund.
Intimate products, such as sex toys and underwear, if the packaging has been opened and/or the seal has been broken, cannot be exchanged for hygienic reasons.
Faulty or incomplete
What if your product doesn't do what it is supposed to do upon delivery?
We recommend that you first have a look at the manual. You may be able to solve the problem yourself and be able to use the product right away without having to return it. We have noticed that especially the correct usage of the charging cable can often solve a possible problem.
Does your product still not work after this?
We are so sorry! We will do our best to sort the problem out together with you! Just send us an email describing the problem and we'll work with you to find the best solution, whether that's replacing a missing part, repairing your product or replacing it. Your satisfaction is our goal!
When you want to exchange a product or get your money back, we ask you to send us an email first. Please always mention which article it is and your invoice number so we can look up the details. You will then immediately receive an e-mail with further information on how to proceed. Or we can call you if that's more convenient to discuss. As soon as we have received the returned items in good order, we will transfer the purchase amount to your account. We promise!
Guarantee
Laced-up.nl guarantees all products in its webshop for a period of 6 months, unless the manufacturer provides a longer guarantee period, in which case we will take this over. If within this period, please notify us by e-mail. We will then tell you how to return the faulty item to us. We will repair the faulty item or send you a new one.
